Thank you for supporting handmade art. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original condition upon receipt
- Proof of damage (clear photos) and your order number are required
Failure to meet these conditions may result in a denial of the return request.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (including custom color selections)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear
Handmade & Color Variation Disclaimer
All items are handcrafted and may include natural variations such as:
- Slight color differences
- Minor bubbles or texture variations
- Unique surface details
These variations are an inherent part of handmade work and do not constitute defects. Differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a replacement (if available), or
- Provide a refund for the item’s purchase price
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with this policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
