Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order items are created specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. By purchasing a custom item, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary depending on the item purchased. Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
