- Free shipping: Available on all U.S. orders $60 USD or more (before tax)

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary due to order volume or custom items. Custom order are usually processed within 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times are estimated by USPS and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.
